They are well-established corporations, family-owned businesses, innovative start-ups and large public agencies including Altria Group, BioEnergy Solutions, the Clean Truck Coalition, The Coca Cola Company, Hormel Foods, Los Angeles World Airports and the Port of Los Angeles.

In 2010, Duchesne led a coalition of family-owned trucking companies in responding to a congressional investigation of their business practices and held back an effort to re-regulate the harbor trucking industry.

Duchesne has also designed and implemented communications programs that established identities for a renewable energy company, transportation coalition and major cultural institution.

Duchesne began his career on Capitol Hill as a press secretary in the U.S. Senate. He served two presidential administrations while at the U.S. Customs Service, where he was a national spokesman and chief media advisor to the Commissioner of Customs, and in 1996 he was a press aide to presidential candidate Bob Dole.
